Use cases

Where an AI employee earns its keep.

Three shapes of front desk we see most often — what the employee does today, and what is still on the way.

Salon or barbershop with YCLIENTS

live

The most common shop on Soqqet today: a barbershop, a nail studio, a beauty salon running its calendar in YCLIENTS.

  • A customer messages on Telegram or WhatsApp asking for a slot — the employee checks real availability and books straight into your YCLIENTS journal, in the client's own time zone.
  • Reschedules and cancellations happen the same way, without a call to the front desk.
  • An automation sends the day-before reminder and, if you want, an approval card before anything final books.

Clinic reception

live

A dental or wellness clinic where the front desk fields the same questions all day: prices, insurance, whether a slot is free.

  • The employee answers from your own knowledge base — services, prices, how to get there — instead of a human repeating the same lines.
  • Booking and rescheduling run through YCLIENTS today; Altegio support is in development.
  • Anything that needs a person — a medical question, a complaint — is handed over immediately, not guessed at.

Any CRM through the Flexible API

via API

Run on Altegio, amoCRM, or something we have never heard of? The employee still answers and the rest connects through the Flexible API.

  • Native Altegio and amoCRM connectors are in development — until they ship, wire your booking system in as a webhook and the Flexible API sends messages out the same way.
  • Inbound email works as a trigger too, so a booking system that only speaks email still reaches the employee.
  • No SDK required: any system that can call a webhook is about five minutes from a working integration.
