How do I create a Soqqet account?

Click "Start for free" on our homepage and fill in your business details. You'll receive a confirmation email within minutes. No credit card is required to start.

How do I connect my WhatsApp number?

Go to Settings → Channels → WhatsApp and click "Connect". Soqqet will guide you through the channel setup flow step by step and confirm once the connection is active for your workspace.

How do I send my first message?

Once your channel is connected, go to Contacts, add a test contact (you can use your own number), then click Send Message. Choose the channel, type your message, and hit send. You'll see real-time delivery status.

What's included in the free trial?

The free trial gives you full access to all features for 14 days, including flat-rate messaging, all channels, flow builder, and analytics. No feature restrictions.

📨 Channels

Which messaging channels does Soqqet support?

Soqqet currently supports WhatsApp, Telegram, and SMS. You can use all three from a single dashboard and even combine them in automated flows.

My WhatsApp disconnected. What do I do?

Go to Settings → Channels and check the connection status. If it shows "Disconnected", click "Reconnect" and follow the guided reconnection flow. Soqqet includes automatic reconnection, but network issues or channel-side changes can sometimes require a manual re-link.

How do I set up a Telegram bot?

Create a bot via @BotFather on Telegram, copy the bot token, and paste it in Settings → Channels → Telegram. Soqqet will automatically configure webhooks and start receiving messages.

⏰ Scheduled Messages & Workflows

How do scheduled messages work?

Create a one-time or recurring send, choose the contact filters, add your content, and set the delivery window. Soqqet queues the send automatically and tracks delivery status in real time.

Can I schedule messages for later?

Yes. When creating a scheduled message, click the clock icon to choose a date, time, and timezone. The message will be queued automatically at the selected time.

Can I send images, videos, and documents?

Absolutely. Soqqet supports rich media including images (JPG, PNG), videos (MP4), documents (PDF), and location pins. Attach media when composing your scheduled message or workflow step.

What is the flow builder?

The flow builder is a visual drag-and-drop tool for creating automated message sequences. You can build welcome confirmations, appointment reminders, support follow-ups, order-status flows, and more — no coding required.

Can I use conditional logic in flows?

Yes. Flows support conditional branching based on user replies, contact tags, time of day, and custom variables. For example, route customers who reply "yes" to one path and "no" to another.

Are there pre-built flow templates?

We offer templates for common use cases: welcome confirmations, appointment reminders, order updates, support triage, and feedback collection. Start from a template and customize it to your needs.

👥 Contacts & Segments

How do I import contacts?

Go to Contacts → Import and upload a CSV file. Map columns to fields (name, phone, email, tags), preview the import, and confirm. We support files up to 50,000 rows.

What are tags and how do I use them?

Tags are labels you attach to contacts for segmentation. Create tags like "VIP", "New Customer", or "Appointment Booked", then filter your scheduled messages and workflows to target specific groups.

How do opt-outs work?

When a contact opts out, they're added to the global blocklist automatically. They won't receive any future messages from any workflow or scheduled send. You can also manually add or remove contacts from the blocklist in Settings → Blocklist.

💳 Billing & Plans

What plans do you offer?

We offer three plans:

  • Starter (€39/mo) — 1,000 workflow runs, all channels
  • Professional (€99/mo) — 5,000 workflow runs, multi-channel cascade
  • Business (€299/mo) — 20,000 workflow runs, advanced features

All plans include AI template review, opt-out automation, and a signed DPA on request.

What's a workflow run?

A workflow run is a single execution of a notification flow. If your workflow tries WhatsApp, falls back to Telegram, then SMS — that's still one workflow run, regardless of how many channels were attempted.

Are there per-message fees?

No. Soqqet uses workflow-based pricing. The platform fee is fixed by plan.

What about WhatsApp and SMS costs?

WhatsApp Business API and SMS messages have provider-side costs (Meta and Twilio respectively). These are billed at provider cost (passthrough, no markup) on a separate line item. Telegram and Email are free.

What happens if I exceed my workflow runs?

Workflows continue running uninterrupted. Overage is billed at your plan's per-run rate. We notify you at 80% and 100% of your monthly limit.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect immediately. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the credit applies to your next billing cycle.

How do I cancel?

Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.

How is payment processed?

Soqqet uses an authorized Merchant of Record (MoR) partner for payment processing. The MoR handles invoicing, VAT/tax compliance, and disputes. The MoR name appears on your invoice and credit card statement once onboarding is complete.

🛡️ Compliance & Opt-out

How do opt-outs work?

Soqqet automatically detects opt-out keywords across all channels: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT (case-insensitive). When detected, the recipient is opted out for that channel and added to your workspace blocklist. They will not receive future workflows on that channel from your account.

Coming soon: native handling of WhatsApp "Stop promotions" button events, Telegram /stop command, and one-click email List-Unsubscribe (RFC 8058). Localized opt-out keywords for non-English regions are also planned.

What's the abuse@ channel?

[email protected] is a public channel for end recipients to report unwanted messages. We investigate all reports within 5 business days. Confirmed abuse may result in workspace suspension or termination.

Does Soqqet sign DPAs (Data Processing Agreements)?

Yes. A DPA is automatically incorporated into your subscription via our Terms of Service. A standalone signed DPA is available on request — email [email protected].

Where is my data stored?

All personal data is stored on Hetzner infrastructure in Germany. Some message delivery requires international transfers (e.g., to Meta for WhatsApp), governed by Standard Contractual Clauses.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Settings → Data Export to download all contacts, message history, and consent records as CSV/JSON. GDPR data subject access requests are also supported.
