Soqqet is built by a small team who kept watching salons, clinics and studios answer the same booking questions by hand, in the middle of a haircut or a cleaning. We build the AI employee that takes that off their plate.
A front desk answers the same handful of questions all day — do you have a slot, how much does it cost, can I move my appointment — while also serving the client standing in front of them. Every unanswered message is a booking that goes to a competitor.
Soqqet is an AI employee that lives on your existing Telegram or WhatsApp number. It answers from your own knowledge base, finds and books slots directly in YCLIENTS, reschedules and cancels on request, and hands the conversation to a person the moment it should. You choose how much it may do on its own — off, needs approval, or fully automatic — per operation.
Underneath the AI employee is a plain messaging and automation platform: channel connections, a flow builder, and a Flexible API for the systems we do not yet have a native connector for.
