Refund Policy

1. Free trial

New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time before it ends without paying anything.

2. What is refundable

• First payment of a new subscription (monthly or yearly): refunded in full if you request it within 14 days of that payment.
• Renewals: every later payment of a subscription is non-refundable.
• Add-ons, top-ups and one-time services: non-refundable.

Where applicable consumer law gives you a right to a refund that this policy does not, that law prevails and nothing here limits it.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself refund a payment already made.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address of the account owner, and tell us which payment you are asking about. Payments are handled by Creem (creem.io), our Merchant of Record, and approved refunds are processed by Creem to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
