1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Soqqet's website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Soqqet provides software tools that enable businesses to run customer communication workflows across WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, and related messaging channels. Our Services include scheduled updates, contact management, flow automation, analytics, and related operational tools.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of an organization
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one account without prior approval
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Soqqet to:
- Send unsolicited messages (spam); every recipient must provide a valid opt-in before you message them
- Use Soqqet for lead generation, advertising services, bulk promotional outreach, or other unsolicited marketing activity
- Distribute malware, phishing content, or fraudulent messages
- Violate any applicable laws, including data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Harass, threaten, or abuse any individual or group
- Send messages promoting illegal activities, violence, or hate speech
- Resell telecom connectivity or present Soqqet as a carrier, telecom provider, or messaging network operator
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent messaging channel policies (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
- Resell or redistribute access to our Services without authorization
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
5. Your Responsibilities
You are the data controller for messages sent through Soqqet. You are solely responsible for obtaining valid opt-ins from recipients, complying with applicable data protection laws, and maintaining opt-out or blocklist mechanisms as required by law.
6. Pricing & Payments
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as specified in your plan
- All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support for assistance
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Messaging delivery depends on third-party channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS carriers) which are outside our control. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by third-party services.
8. Intellectual Property
Soqqet and its logo, design, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or branding without written permission. Content you create and send through our platform remains yours.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soqqet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your account from the dashboard or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 90 days.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction where Soqqet is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice.
